Segata\u2019s story started back in 1956<\/strong>, when father Fausto<\/strong> opened his butcher\u2019s shop in Sopramonte square<\/strong>, a small village near Trento. Slowly but surely, this small village store became a production workshop and then a manufacturing factory, while getting bigger and bigger. Today, the company is managed by Fausto Segata\u2019s four children, who run it \u201clike father would have done\u201d. <\/span>In these valleys, we still choose the raw materials, according to family tradition, while respecting animal welfare and using renewable energy. <\/span>This is family flavour for us: growing every day while drawing strength from our roots.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
