The International Food Standard (IFS) guarantees the safety and quality of food products. It is based on a percentage score assessment system to qualify and select food product suppliers. It allows all our customers to guarantee the quality and safety of the food products being sold.

Organisational Model 231
Segata has adopted an Organisational and Management Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. This is a set of protocols that governs and establishes the company structure and the management of its sensitive processes. When these protocols are applied correctly, it reduces the risk of criminal offences against the company.
